Welcome to Evolve Vancouver Royal Oak, located at 5501 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC. You’ll find us near the intersection of Kingsway & Denbigh Ave.
All of our clinical rooms are completely private. We’ve created a modern, warm, spacious, and calming environment to help you escape and unplug from day-to-day stress.
Our newly renovated Royal Oak location is filled with natural light, and being located on the second floor helps minimize street noise from Kingsway—creating a quieter, more relaxing experience.
We also use soft, indirect lighting in our treatment rooms so light isn’t shining directly into your eyes while you’re lying face-up on the table. If you’d like the lighting adjusted at any time, just let our team know—we’re happy to make you more comfortable.

Our practitioners are experienced in using this equipment and will guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re learning the basics or following a customized rehab or training plan, we’ll help you use what’s available safely and effectively.
Some individuals aren’t comfortable using equipment or don’t have access to an exercise facility. We welcome individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs to our clinic, and will do our best to accommodate you.
Our Royal Oak facility is fully equipped to support your recovery and performance goals. You’ll have access to a squat rack, cable machine, treadmill, dumbbells, and resistance bands—everything you need to build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.

Location & access
Our Royal Oak clinic is conveniently located at 5501 Kingsway, just a few blocks from Royal Oak Ave and Kingsway. We’re easy to reach by transit (a 10-minute walk from Royal Oak SkyTrain Station and steps from nearby bus stops), and we also offer 45 free parking stalls on site.
Please note: Our clinic is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs or a stair lift (East Entrance only). At this time, we are not wheelchair accessible. If you require a fully wheelchair-accessible facility, we recommend visiting our locations in Victoria Drive or Knight Street.
We recommend accessing the building using the East Entrance (image shown). You’ll need to walk past both restaurants to reach this entrance from the parking lot. From here, you’ll find our entrance at the top of this staircase, Suite 205 (image shown)!
Parking: You can park either behind the building or in the underground parking lot.
Building entry: Entry is secured with an access code. Once you confirm your booking online, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions on how to access the building conveniently and securely.
