About

what makes us different?

We take a 3 dimensional approach to treatment and assessment.

In order for us to create a plan specifically for you, we need more information on how your body interacts with gravity and how that is relevant to your goals. This may include walking and movement assessments that will challenge your system as a whole in order to help us understand the relationships between structures in your body.

3 dimensional goes beyond the physical – you are human.

Pain and discomfort are influenced by factors beyond your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.). We can help educate you on how to approach your physical health holistically. We also understand the limitations of what we can do as therapists and will refer you to other health care professionals when necessary.

Getting away from “exercise”, and going towards movement.

We will work with you to address fitness, dynamic posture, movement quality, and movement patterns. We want to show you how movement can serve you better!

We care deeply about empowering people to solve their discomforts. We are more than just a service.

You won’t be getting the most out of us if we are the only ones involved. We can provide you with the most value when you are an active participant in your healthcare – education, feedback, and movement. We want to empower you!
