About
what makes us different?
Assessment is important to us.
In order for us to create a plan specifically for you, we need more information on what movement is challenging to you and how that is relevant to your goals. This may include walking and movement assessments that will challenge your system as a whole in order to help us understand the relationships between structures in your body.
We consider all factors contributing to your discomfort.
Pain and discomfort are influenced by factors beyond your soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc.). We can help educate you on how to approach your physical health holistically. We also understand the limitations of what we can do as therapists and will refer you to other health care professionals when necessary.
Getting away from “exercise”, and towards movement.
We will work with you to address fitness, dynamic posture, movement quality, and movement patterns. We want to show you how movement can serve you better!
Movement is much more personal than just exercise. Not everyone exercises but we all need movement! We want to learn how movement is important to you!
Discover your movement.
We care deeply about empowering people to solve their discomforts. We are more than just a service.
You won’t be getting the most out of us if we are the only ones involved. We can provide you with the most value when you are an active participant in your healthcare – education, feedback, and movement. We want to empower you!

Please wear something suitable and comfortable to move in. This allows us to better assess and prescribe movement. A pair of clean, indoor athletic shoes are also preferred to help keep our space tidy. Our spaces are also a shoes-off facility to keep the clinic clean. Yes, but only with select therapists. As this is a high demand service, availability will be limited. Please call us at 604-600-7399 if you have any questions regarding ICBC treatment.
Due to inconsistencies between individual extended healthcare plans, we will not be submitting any user fees to extended healthcare providers. Therefore, ICBC patients are responsible for paying for any user fees. There is no guarantee that you will be reimbursed. Please contact your extended healthcare provider before receiving ICBC treatment to find out more.
We cannot guarantee that your insurance will be successfully billed for every appointment. There may be unforseen errors or limitations with individual insurance plans, online billing portals, or clinical considerations. We will do our best to submit all eligible insurance plans. In the event your plan is rejected or unsuccessfully submitted, please be prepared to pay for the full amount of your appointment.
As per clinic policy, we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the value of your session.
